Gluten Free Blueberry Pancakes

Gluten Free Blueberry Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 C. All purpose gluten free
  • Wheat Free Baking Mix
  • 1-Beaten Egg
  • 1/2-Cup of water
  • 1-Banana Grated # 1 cone
  • 1/2 Potato Grated # 1 cone

PREPARATION

1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well, (adjust the liquid if necessary)

2. Pre heat the 11” Square Griddle for 5 minutes and add the batter with a large spoon,

3. When the pancakes become dried around the edges flip to the other side, cook for 5 another 5 minutes & serve with Blueberry Sauce or Maple Cinnamon Sauce.

TIP

For Vegan, Replace the Egg with a one tsp. Aluminum free Baking Powder.
