Hummus Rolls

Hummus Rolls


  • 2 Cups of cooked Garbanzo Beans
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil Cold Press Organic
  • 1 Cup of Cilantro Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Tahini Butter
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Garnish Kalamalta Olive
  • Marinated Red Onions in Olive Oil and Sea Salt
  • Sunflower Sprouts or Cilantro Sprigs


Place the Garbanzo beans and all other ingredients in a food processor with S blade pulse for about three minutes or until the right consistency.

For the Rolls Slice the Zucchini with a mandolin lengthwise and smear one table spoon or so on it, place an olive a few onion strands and garnish of your choice roll them and serve immediately, they are good for two hours max otherwise they become soggy :-)
