Quinoa Salad

Quinoa Salad


  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2-C. Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Sea Salt to taste


Chop all ingredients and mixed with the cooked quinoa & Serve

Benefits of Quinoa

Quinoa is a seed although it has been cultivated as a grain. The protein content is 12% to 18%. Compared to the average whole grain 2%-8% Quinoa is an excellent source of protein for vegetarians because is high in dietary fiber, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

Quinoa is gluten free and easy to digest. Quinoa is high in the amino acid Lysine, essential for tissue growth
