Raw Maitake Soup

Raw Maitake Soup


  • 2 Cups Raw, Fresh Coconut Milk,
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped Maitake mushrooms,
  • lemon Grass paste,
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


In a bowl combine the coconut milk, lemon Grass, sea salt & Pepper, sprinkle with the maitake mushroom pieces.

Health Benefits of Maitake, Shiitake & Reishi Mushrooms

Maitake, Shiitake, and Reishi mushrooms have many overlapping properties: all boost immune function, all support cardiovascular health, and all show promise in lowering the risk of - or treating - cancer.
