Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs


  • 3-Organic Eggs
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Coconut Oil


Pre heat the 8" Gourmet skillet until is hot to touch.

In a bowl beat the eggs with a fork for 30 seconds add the coconut oil to the skillet and swirled it around so it cover the bottom of the skillet.

Pour the egg mixture wait until starts to solidify a little, then with a spatula gently begin to fold the eggs until is all solid, enjoy
