Seed Pancakes

Seed Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

(Use all Raw Organic Seeds)
  • 1/4 C. Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup. Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 C. Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Tbs. Flax Seeds
  • 1 C. Millet Seeds
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt
  • 1/4 C. Grape seed Oil
  • 3/4 cup of water

PREPARATION

Put all the dried ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and grind for 5 minutes or until pulverized.

Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the water and grape seed oil. Pre heat the 11" Griddle and cook until dried on one side then the other side. Serve with Blackberry Sauce.
