Spinash Omelet

Spinash Omelet

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Organic Free Range Eggs,
  • 1 Tbs. Grated Cheese,
  • 1 Tbs. Coconut Oil
  • Sea Salt to Taste,
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped Spinach

PREPARATION

Pre heat the 8” Gourmet Skillet for 3 minutes at medium heat.

Beat three eggs with a fork to the count of 30 Seconds Add 1 Tbs. of Coconut oil in the 8” skillet and swirl around until the whole pan is glazed even on the sides. Pour the egg mixture and begin to fold with a spatula towards the center to allow all the egg liquid mixture to touch the metal so it solidifies promptly. Adjust the heat if necessary. Do this procedure until most of the liquid is firm. Flip to the other side add chopped spinach and crumble feta or favorite cheese.

Fold in Half and Serve
