Tomato Basil Soup

Tomato Basil Soup


  • 2 Ripe Tomatoes
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ Cup of Chopped Sundried Tomatoes Packed in Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Italian Basil
  • 2 Cups of 9.5 Alkaline Water


Place all ingredients in a 3 Qrt Sauce Pan, Cover, turn to medium, when the valve clicks turn to low simmer for five minutes and blend in a high speed blender for 2 minutes and serve.
