COLON AND LIVER CLEANSING

(Gets rid of gallstones too :)

Many people have problems with their liver, the gallstones (in the bile-ducts of the liver too, even when the gallbladder has been removed) and general digestion. Especially with the 'Western Diet' with too much fat and acidity and with the stress of modern life gallstones develop, although they are rarely noticed, just an occasional pain when eating fat. Sometimes it gets noticed and then doctors take out the gallbladder, regular cleaning (twice a year) following this method helps prevent this. Ask your doctor or health practitioner if you have one before embarking on any cleanse unless you are your own doctor in that case ask permission to the self to heal!

Many people do have the gallstones and this cleaning process done properly it's safe and efficient.

Plan of Action:

Drink at least 1 liter (quart) apple juice every day for 3 days, with normal eating, to soften the gallstones. This is in addition to other liquids that you may already be drinking, without interfering with normal eating habits, just an additional 1 liter apple juices a day

On the 3rd day of drinking the apple juice:
Eat a light breakfast such as oatmeal, avoid sugar, hot spices, condiments, eggs, nuts, pastries, butter, oils, yogurt etc.. fruits are fine!
For lunch: at 1:00pm eat rice with some cooked vegetables, no meat, nothing too heavy (do not eat any fat protein foods, butter or oil or you might feel ill during the actual cleanse and may not flush out any stones.)

No food after lunch - drink some water for the rest of the afternoon, no tea or coffee or coca cola.

Actual cleanse:

Use 4 tablespoons of magnesium sulphate (Epson salt or bitter salt or bitterzout, most pharmacies have it) in one liter water (or one tablespoon per 8 ounce glass)
This liter of salted water gives about 4 glasses water with this bitter salt (it tastes bitter, but not too bad)

5:00 pm Drink 1st glass of Epson salt water. This starts the cleansing of the bowels proccess, it takes at least an hour before you notice (at the toilet)

7:00 pm Drink 2nd glass of the Epson salt water and more releasing of waste happens. This is the colon cleansing, and old stuff from your colon comes out. The Epson salt water might make you feel a little light headed and bubbly in the stomach...

Do NOT proceed to the next step until you empty your bowels good, otherwise the next stage which is the oil-stage doesn't work very well, if necessary drink another glass of Epson salt water. The way you know if the bowel is empty is by noticing that what comes out is light coloured water, like as if the whole system has been emptied and the water goes through.

For some people this might take longer than the time indicated below, and then just take some more time before proceeding, or may have been caused with some other colon problem, then don't go on. People with control issues (anal retention) don't let go of the 'load' that easily...

9:45 pm make 3/4 glass fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (some lemon is ok, Florida fresh squeezed grapefruit in a carton not from concentrate, works fine also) Add 4oz glass of olive oil and mix well.

10:00 pm drink this mixture while standing up, and immediately lie down and keep really still for 20 minutes.
This is important because the gallstones need to slide out easily, if you sit up or move is not so easy and you might block the movement.

You will feel some funny sensations and bubbling in your body, this is the gall/liver cleansing starting to take effect
You can help this process by visualising or meditating on the cleansing.
The Epson salt water has opened the channels and softened the tissue and the apple juice made the gallstones soft, so the process is easy and effortless without any discomfort.

The most important thing is that you rest and sleep through the night; often you will fall asleep normally.
Be careful with farting, sometimes much more than air comes out :))

At 7:00 am or any time when you wake up in the morning, an early start makes the rest of the day more 'normal' take another Epson-salt water, this is your 3rd glass, drink it while standing and move around a bit. This triggers the release of liver mucus (floats), cholesterol, and gallstone material, in about an hour.
Sometimes you have to wait and drink the next glass of Epson salt water (4th in total) before anything comes out. You can move around, but don't stray too far of the toilet!

At 9:00 am if necessary this is your 4th glass of Epson salt water, stuff might continue to come out during the morning. Otherwise if the colon is cleaned then nothing will come out other that a few more stones sometimes, the stones are little floaties on the toilet water, the colour can be beige or greenish if you pick one up it dissolves like sand if you crash it with the TP.

At 10.00 am drink a glass of fresh Orange juice

At 11:00 am resume normal eating again, and rest because after all the trips to the toilet you will be tired. So take it easy for the day and stay hydrated.

The Reward
You will notice that your stomach and bowels feels much better, clean and your general health has improved. This cleanse works great for many complaints, some people experience better eyesight, improvements on the complexion of the skin, helps prevent arthritis and rheumatic complaints and gets rid of colon parasites.
Three days later you might feel the liver/gall again, as deeper stones now come to the surface, that's why you sometimes have to do this 3 or 4 times, 3 weeks apart or until nothing comes out anymore.

Comment:
The whole process is very easy without being invasive, only smelly…. It's very interesting to see what comes out from your colon, its putrid! Nasty…; It's amazing how large the stones are and how many that come out too!
People feel better afterwards and eyesight and general complexion improved dramatically, sometimes it is necessary to do more cleaning cycles.
Doing this cleanse twice a year will keep you in good general health and may prevent other health challenges.
